Director Son Seung-hee, who directed IVE's music video for "I AM," appeared on MBC FM4U's "GOT7 Youngjae's Close Friend" broadcast on the 12th. During the show, Director Son shared behind-the-scenes stories from the music video shoot and expressed gratitude to the members of IVE, especially Wonyoung.

She revealed, "I haven't officially mentioned it, but while filming, Wonyoung injured her arm while dancing and had to get seven needles. I was extremely surprised by that on set. We still had two scenes left to shoot, but she thought she couldn't do it anymore. However, even after going to the emergency room for two consecutive days to get her arm treated, Wonyoung gave her all. What was even more impressive was that Wonyoung didn't show any signs of struggle on set. If it were me at that age, I would have shown it, but she didn't."

She also mentioned , "In the music video for 'I AM,' there is a choreography that requires stretching out the arms. Watching Wonyoung powerfully execute the choreography was heart-wrenching. However, Wonyoung remained professional, not showing any signs of discomfort, and monitored her performance meticulously. After the shoot, that moment remained strongly in my memory. I am truly grateful to Jang Won-young because without her, it wouldn't have been possible."

Wonyoung has been in the spotlight as she manages busy schedules both in Korea and overseas. Last year, she even received attention for delivering a perfect performance despite a knee injury during a stage. Her unwavering dedication to her main profession at such a young age has garnered praise from industry insiders and the public.

Wonyoung debuted as the center of the project girl group IZ*ONE after placing first on Mnet's audition program 'Produce 48' in 2018. After the group disbanded, she made her re-debut in 2021 as part of Starship Entertainment's girl group IVE, and has risen to prominence with hit songs such as "ELEVEN," "After LIKE," and "LOVE DIVE."
