LOONA members ViVi and HyunJin have found a new home.

CTDENM announced on the 12th, "We have signed exclusive contracts with former Girls of LOONA HyunJin and ViVi." "We would like to express our gratitude to Hyunjin and Bibi for standing together at a new starting point," the agency said.

CTD is a new company founded by Yoon Do-yeon, formerly of SM Entertainment, who was in charge of running Girl of LOONA as director of planning and coordination at BlockBerry Creative. The company said it was able to proceed with this contract based on its long-standing relationship and trust with HyunJin and ViVi.
Previously, in November of last year, HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry, HaSeul, YeoJin, Yves, Go Won, and Olivia Hye filed a lawsuit for a preliminary injunction to suspend the effectiveness of their exclusive contracts. HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry the case in January, while Hasle, YeoJin, Yves, Go Won, and Olivia Hye, who changed some of the terms of the contract, lost.
ViVi and HyunJin, who joined the lawsuit late, were also granted partial summary judgment and are now free to go.
