The mystery of the “Megi Girl” on Single’s Inferno 4 has finally been unraveled. In episodes 5 and 6, released on January 21, Park Hae-lin was introduced as the intriguing female “Megi.”
The MCs were immediately captivated by Park’s striking beauty, exclaiming, “She’s absolutely stunning.” Introducing herself, Park described her personality as “cool, quick to acknowledge things, but also full of aegyo and sweetness.” She highlighted her tall stature and well-proportioned figure as her standout features.
Park admitted that her confident exterior hides a more vulnerable side, sharing, “I may look like a bulldozer, but in front of someone I like, I get nervous and awkward.” She added that her ideal type is someone who blushes shyly during flirting, which she finds charming.
Male contestant Kim Jung-soo noted, “She looked exotic and truly beautiful—she caught my attention immediately.” MC Dex remarked, “She brings a vibe we haven’t seen in the existing cast.”
What adds to the buzz is Park Hae-lin’s past as an idol trainee. She appeared on the 2017 JTBC audition program MIXNINE, where she gained attention for her resemblance to Olivia Hussey, although she ultimately didn’t debut. Later, she was selected as a member of FAVE Girls (Play M Girls), but that debut also fell through.
Park transitioned to acting and appeared in dramas like Tarot: Seven Stories and When the Silver Bell Rings. In the Tarot omnibus, she worked alongside Dex (Kim Jin-young) in the “Throw Me Away” episode, where she played a curt snack shop employee opposite his delivery rider character.
Born in 2000, Park Hae-lin is now 25 years old and actively engages with fans on Instagram and YouTube, where she shares glimpses of her daily life.
