Except for brief appearances in VCR interviews and special appearances, Song Joong-ki's appearance as a formal guest on a domestic variety show will be his first since January 2016, when he appeared on SBS's 'Running Man' Shanghai special alongside soccer player Park Ji-sung. 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator' is a variety show where top chefs from Korea compete to create dishes in just 15 minutes using ingredients from the guests' actual refrigerators. It aired from 2014 to 2019, leading the cooking show craze. With the success of the Netflix show 'Culinary Class Wars,' the show is returning with a new season, Season 2, to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
For this season, the original chef team—Lee Yeon-bok, Choi Hyun-seok, Kim Poong, and Jung Ho-young—is joined by new chefs Edward Lee, Choi Kang-rok, Lee Mi-young, and Yoon Nam-no. The production team has promised exciting matchups with changes to the chef lineup and teased new challenges that will meet the viewers' expectations.
